This recipe for chilli cheese corn toasts is my go to breakfast recipe - it comes together in less than 10 minutes and takes only 15 minutes to cook/ bake in the oven. My recipe for chilli cheese corn toasts is not only a real treat for the busy morning people, but also a great snack to serve to kids (of course minus the extra spice, which is easy to control) - This chilli cheese corn toasts recipe is loaded with boiled sweet corn. And did I mention that there are 2 layers of cheese? 😀
To make these chilli cheese corn toasts, I used these cheese slices by Dlecta, which melted perfectly in the oven and gave me the most delicious savoury breakfast snack.
How to make chilli cheese corn toasts?
Start by adding some butter to bread slices, then a layer of cheese slice.
In a bowl, mix together corn, chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
Add about 1/3 cup of corn mixture to each slice.
Now add one more slice of cheese on top.
Ready to go in the pre heated oven for 12-15 minutes until the chilli cheese corn toasts are melty and yummy.

Ingredients
- 3 slices Bread
- 1 cup Corn (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce (we used Sriracha)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 6 Slices Cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius.
- In a bowl, mix together corn, salt, pepper and chilli sauce.
- Spread butter on each slice of bread.
- Add one slice of cheese.
- Add about 1/3 cup of corn mixture on each bread slice and cover with another cheese slice on top.
- Transfer this to preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the bread has toasted and cheese is completely melted.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce/ ketchup.
