Tangy lemon garlic yogurt dip - healthy and delicious - perfect for snacking!
I love how dips can be made with simple handy ingredients and there is no joy than aimlessly snacking on delicious dip and chips, especially when they are healthy and guilt free. Almost a year ago, I posted this recipe for beetroot hummus, which is not only my favourite dip recipe, but also one of the most shared dip recipe on the blog. This simple recipe for lemon garlic yogurt dip was created on a random summer afternoon, when I had some leftover hung curd, after I failed at a recipe test for dahi kebabs - I hope I get there some day and can develop a fail-proof recipe for you guys, but in the meanwhile enjoy this lemon garlic yogurt dip π
Talking about the simplicity of this lemon garlic yogurt dip recipe, you only need the basic ingredients listed in the title of this post π - lemon, garlic, yogurt and some seasoning (+olive oil)
Simply mix everything together, add a little milk if you like (we didn't) and enjoy with some chips/ pita bread or spread it on toasted bread and have for breakfast.
