Lets make chinese stir fried hakka noodles at home in simple, easy steps and a very easy-to-follow method. This recipe is as flexible as you can think - you can add what ever veggies you like: we used cabbage, carrots and capsicum, but this recipe is super flexible and you can even add chicken or tofu to this.
These hakka noodles are not exactly the authentic version, rather the street style noodles/ chowmein you get at Indo-Chinese restaurants where you also get chilli potatoes, or chilli paneer & lets not forget manchurian.
These street style hakka noodles or chow mein are so easy to make plus they are perfect for a take out style chinese dinner at home - the exact kind that is loaded with black pepper and just the perfect amount of spice. This is definitely one of my favourite vegetarian and vegan meals that is ready in less than 20 minutes making it so perfect for a busy week night meal.
