Crunchy cream cheese filled wontons with a classic cream cheese, scallion and garlic filling.
Is it July.... already!!???? I swear it was January, just some time ago, Winter went by too soon and we are already half way through 2019? Does that scare anyone of you as well? What about my new year resolutions that I didn't get a chance to even start with?? or my promise to be more consistent to the blog? Let me call this second half of the year 2019 2.0 Are you with me?
Being consistent to the blog was just one of the many promises I made to myself and one which I did see myself improving at - specially in the last two months. I created more appetiser recipes and partnered with some interesting brands and developed recipes for them in months of May and June. One such being Dairy Craft - we were happy to create this recipe for Cheese & Garlic Savoury Muffins it turne out so well! Here is another interesting recipe for you guys - these cream cheese wontons are so easy to make and so so delicious!
The thick and creamy cream cheese by Dairy Craft mixed well with scallions, garlic and onion powder - gave us the yummiest filling!
You start by preparing the mixture i.e. cream cheese + scallions (spring onions) + garlic + onion powder
Place about 1 1/2 tsp mixture on a wonton sheet.
Fold (using water on the edges)
and shape
and FRY
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce - (we used sweet chilli sauce) - and ENJOY 🙂
