Description

Crunchy cream cheese wontons with cream cheese, garlic and scallion filling


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 Wonton Sheets
  • 150 grams Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Scallions (Spring Onions) (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture by mixing together cream cheese, scallions (spring onions), onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Place about 1 1/2 tsp of mixture on a wonton wrapper and fold it in a triangle (use water on the edges) and fold further to prepare the wonton shape.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
