Thick and creamy delicious homemade mango lassi made with just four ingredients: mango, yogurt (dahi), sugar and milk, making this a perfect drink for a warm day.

- 1 cup mango pulp (note 1)
- 3/4 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugarIce cubes (optional)
Instructions
- To a blender, add mango pulp, yogurt, ice, milk and sugar.
- Mix/ Blend until well incorporated and transfer to tall glasses. Serve chilled.
Notes
Note 1: To prepare the mango pulp, blend fresh mango (cut in chunks or cubes) in a blender until a smooth paste is formed and then use it for this recipe.
