Baked Garlic Butter French Fries (potato chips)

Description

Luscious crunchy buttery garlicky crispy baked french fries or potato chips tossed with salt, pepper and parsley. So sinful and yummy. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 380 grams or 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 30 grams or 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed/grated)
  • 1 tsp parsley (dried or fresh)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius.
  2. Wash, scrub and cut the potatoes into thin chips. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes. Gently flip/ turn the potatoes and bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve.
