Description
Luscious crunchy buttery garlicky crispy baked french fries or potato chips tossed with salt, pepper and parsley. So sinful and yummy.
Ingredients

- 380 grams or 3 medium sized potatoes
- 30 grams or 2 tbsp salted butter (melted)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp garlic (crushed/grated)
- 1 tsp parsley (dried or fresh)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius.
- Wash, scrub and cut the potatoes into thin chips. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes. Gently flip/ turn the potatoes and bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve.
