Description
Cinnamon apple pie spring rolls (or egg rolls) topped with powdered sugar and homemade salted caramel sauce. So easy and so fun to make!
Ingredients

- 3 cups apples (cubed)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 4 tbsp water
- 10 spring roll sheets
- oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In a pan, add butter, cinnamon and apples. Cook for 2 minutes on medium low heat.
- Add two tables spoons water and cook for three to four minutes.
- Add corn flour and remaining water and cook for a couple of minutes or until the apples are soft and the mixture has thickened. Let cool for five to ten minutes.
- Grab the spring roll sheets or egg roll sheets and transfer 2 tbsp of apple cinnamon mixture on the sheet. Fold and deep fry until golden brown.
- Optional - dust some icing sugar and salted caramel sauce. Serve.
Notes
For airfryer method: simply brush the egg roll wrappers with some olive oil (or use a spray) & bake/ cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for about 6-8 mins - (air fryer brand may vary therefore pls check after 6 mins) flip and cook for additional 2 mins if needed.
